Pauli is our workshop dog and always on a mission.
It may happen, that he's running and barking through our workshop, driven by his tending instinct.
But no fear, he is lamblike, even if it doesn't sound so ;-)
Usually he just tries to keep his sheep together.
Markus is Fresh as well as Breeze, sometimes even at the same time ;-) As the other half of Michael he's caring about everything below 120kg: backpack units, lightweight trikes and foot launched stuff.
Beside that he works on the development of small 4-stroke engines and the light brother of the XCitor, the X-Light. It is unique, how he imagines and realizes new projects nearly without any noticable effort. He also knows always good advice, if it has something to do with our beloved engines...
Michael is the other half of Fresh Breeze. He's focusing on the XCitor, but that doesn't mean that he's resting on his oars. Instead he is always one of the first making our products more long-living, lighter, faster or just better. I never watched such a perfection in flying (he won the German Championships 4 times in succession, and decided then not to join them any longer actively).
He doesn't mind which flying machine he moves, it is always perfect.
He also features the development of a "Flying Car" and can be seen quite often in the media (TV etc.).
Michael is always good for a surprise ;-)
Stefan is our Dr. Dipl. Ing...
Everything possible he is designing in his head-PC and later on his CAD-station.
The best citation about him:
"I'm the interface between what we dream and what we can make".
I think that stands for it self.
He is involved in nearly each and every project of Fresh Breeze, especially if it is about design, creation and further development.
Dana is caring about all financial issues. She always tries to find a perfect solution for everything related to payments. If you got any questions about that she will be the right address.
She also organizes and helps on many events and cares about our stuff as well as our staff with a lot of engagement and fun.
Frank is our connection to you. Nearly nobody can pass him ;-) 90% of his time he's busy on the telphone. Whenever it is about quotations, billing or ordering stuff he always knows what to do.
If it is about technical things he usually also knows a lot. And even if his knowledge might be at an end he knows who to ask here ;-)
Björn arranges almost everything. Our universal talent ;-)
You can see him at exhibitions or running around in our shop. Trying to solve his tasks of the day. He takes care of the stock, the forwarding of our spares and customer service. If you have a question what suspension or which trike you need he´ll know the answer.
Our star mechanic #1 "Ramonini" alias Ramon is Master of Simonini. Doesn't matter if it is an older model or the brandnew Sportix suspension, each and every engine passes his hands earlier or later.
His many years long experience enables him to help always quickly and competent.
Star mechanic #2 is Volker. He's doing all Monster and Solo engines since several years, switching over from the Snap-engines, and he is installing our classic trike motors as well.
His favorite time it the end of the work day ;-) But he will never admit so, and nobody will that ever notice during work.
He's the right guy if it is about F33 Hirth and Solo Monster.
Ecki is our Chief- XCitor-Mechanic. Since the very first day he's building this magnificient flying machine. He knows each and every part personally, and everybody dealing with an XCitor or with us will know him.
He loves his job and his "baby", the best of all. You will never ever find somebody knowing more about technical XCitor and double-seater issues.
But he also flies still his old, but polished and still brand-new looking Solo-Pro-Sport foot lauched motor.
"Schmitti" alias Frank is Eckis right hand - and left hand as well. They are our "dreamteam" in the XCitor department.
He is making our doubleseater department stronger due to his friendly and open minded character. Whenever it is better to do rather than just to speak he is the right guy.
Our skilled "Industrial Master" Dirk is responsible for our perfect weldings.
No metal can resist him, he lets it flow and join like he wants.
He does our prototype jobs as well as serial production, and repair welding as well. His future orientated and optimistic style makes him friend with close to everybody.
Sebastian is one of our younger and our smallest team member, he is our main trike mechanic.
Every single seater trike will be maintened and assembled by him. But he's also keen on working and helping with new developments and prototype stuff.
He is highly motivated and a competent partner for all small trike related issues.
Ben alias Benjamin is the youngest member of the Fresh Breeze family and our youngest certified pilot.
He is specialized in logistics and since 2009 responsible for the fast and correct handling and shipment of all orders.
In most cases he is sucessfully mastering this heavy job. You'll see him most of the time being in a hurry, picking up parts and preparing shipments.
Bernd is our oldest and most acknowledged colleague. Since he joined us, the ex-policemen, technician and pilot from the helicopter squadron Hannover performs one wonder after the other ;-)
Bernd is doing nearly everything, difficult prototype parts, serial production, but his focus is on the small backpack engines like our ThoriX. He is also responsible for Snap spare parts and service.
A real multi-talent :-)
Denny is responsible for nearly all of our accessory parts. From pre-assembled starter units via electronic circuits to gas handles he produces components for our products.
So our technicians can assemble our engine units easier and faster.
He also continuously improved and developes these products and is open to any questions about them.
